1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Photography Workshops PhotoWorldTours SLU (CIF B10657419), Los Cubos 25, Barbastro, 22300, Spain. For anything related to your data, contact info@tours.photo.
2. What we collect
tours.photo does not require an account. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to give us through the "Request information" and "Host a Tour" forms: your name, email address, country, and optionally your website/Instagram handle and any message or experience details you write. We don't collect payment information — tours.photo doesn't process payments.
3. Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry about a tour, or to review an application to list tours as an operator or photographer. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries sent to us.
4. Who we share it with
Form submissions are sent by email using Resend, our email-delivery provider, which may process data on servers outside the EU under its own data processing agreement. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. When your enquiry is about a specific tour, we may share the relevant details with that tour's operator so they can respond to you.
5. Cookies and tracking
tours.photo does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We store one preference in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie-banner choice. Clicks on "Book with [operator]" links are logged anonymously (no cookies, no personal data) purely to understand which tours get the most interest. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to keep a record of operator applications — typically no longer than 24 months, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@tours.photo and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
8. Changes to this policy
If we start using analytics, advertising, or a real booking system, this policy will be updated accordingly and the cookie banner will ask for your consent where required.
